Jo’s energy is contagious. She truly embodies her philosophy of being your authentic self and has been an absolute pillar in supporting me in my own journey of self worth, authenticity and reframing my mindset. She is incredible at listening and guiding you towards reconnecting with your intuition and has helped me navigate some of these huge expectations we place on ourselves. I very much value how she advocates the importance of nurturing our mental and spiritual health, alongside our mental health. Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, a PT session or a healing massage, I always come away feeling lighter, reinvigorated and in awe of her compassion and willingness to help you thrive.

I was introduced to Jo by my neighbour and friend about 4 years ago. Initially I was looking for a recommendation for a family member. They worked together and got some amazing results which I still see today. When I needed someone myself Jo was my obvious choice. What I found is you need the right fit for you and I would say Jo would tick that basket for a lot of people, she is so easy to be with making you feel safe and totally at ease she has an intuitive way of knowing (even if you do not) what needs to be bought forward. Jo is your guide and your support person but you are the leader. Our sessions are often full of laughter and occassionally tears, the more I work with Jo the quicker we get results and I can often feel the shift in me immediately.

Attended the mini retreat. Great to recharge, relax and quiet the mind. Jo guides you through yoga/meditation etc wonderfully. Her energy, setting and personal touches were calming and thoughtful. I first met Jo at a yoga class she was instructing. I was instantly attracted to Jo's calm and medative style of yoga which alllowed my rather stressed mind and body to totally 'just be'. I attended many classes and must say it was always a highlight of my week. I was experiencing some challenging emotions so when I saw Jo was running a retreat. I knew I was meant to attend. I arrived at Jo's lifestyle property and immdedialty felt I had arrived at a sanctuary, surrounded by lovely gardens, nature at its best. I shared the days retreat with ten other ladies who were all very welcoming. I felt in a very safe place to release some emotions and also later to share some hearty laughter with the group. This was a retreat well worth attending.

What a wonderful treat, me and three friends flew in to Christchurch from Wellington and made our way to North Canterbury, to the beautiful home of Jo, for a relaxing retreat day, the word to describe the experience is ‘blissful’ we loved the peaceful garden full of daffodils, 2 peaceful rooms, one room  has comfy seats where we had Jo’s homemade blissballs and shared wonderful affirmation cards, the other room we did movement to breath and meditations where we could lie down with a cosy blanket and listen to Jo’s calming voice.  We loved our time so much we have already booked again for September. Thanks Jo you are AMAZING XX
