Together we, explore negative thoughts, emotions, attachments, what played out in the past, and limiting belief’s to uncover those sneaky patterns that keep you stuck... Using NLP (Neuro linguistic programming), is a great way to become aware of the language you are using with yourself. I guide you with tools to, practice and support you on your path of personal growth.
Through guided relaxation hypnotherapy helps reframe thoughts feelings and behaviours we can also use regression work to explore any past experiences, and inner child healing reframing any old patterns attachments, thoughts, and emotions.
This is a Yin style Yoga practice where you stretch the body followed by a yoga Nidra or a Guided Meditation practice, by myself. Here you will feel any tension or stress melting away, bringing you back to the present moment where you will feel rested, revived recharged feeling calm, and in your bliss.
This is a holistic whole body well-being session with a blend of weight training and cardio.Sessions are tailored to your needs where you can add Yin Style Yoga or Meditation, at your choosing as an option. Each session is complimented by a full body stretch by me to create balance and harmony for the whole body. You will feel super energised ready to go about your day!
Body stretching is also offered on it’s own by request.
Release energy that no longer serves you, restoring balance to your whole system promoting emotional and energetic well-being. This is done through visualisation and bringing colour through the 7 chakras throughout the whole body. Leaving you to feel uplifted, energised and in your calm.
I guide you to a beautiful space of calm and presence through using the breath and visualisation leaving you feeling super super relaxed and blissful all in one.
This soothing session focuses on pressure points on the head and face, melting away tension stimulating the scalp rebalancing your energy, and leaving you feeling super relaxed, in your bliss.
EFT uses gentle tapping on specific points of the body using statements, focusing on thoughts and feelings to release stress anxiety and negative emotions.
Come along and immerse yourself in a Mini Retreat at my tranquil spacious property in North Canterbury, where you will enjoy gentle movement with a Yin style Yoga practice, where we will stretch the body, along with a Guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra.
This is super fun, and nourishing for the whole mind, body and soul. You will feel, rested, revived, and recharged, in a safe, supportive environment. Followed by a chat, treat, and cuppa of course!
